A Colorado Springs man, Larry Eugene Patrick, has been charged with DUI and vehicular homicide after allegedly hitting and killing a pedestrian, 38-year-old Bruce Allen Frederickson, on March 9, 2024. The incident occurred at the intersection of South Circle Drive and Janitell Road. This marks the 14th traffic fatality in Colorado Springs this year, up from 11 at the same time last year.
