Clorox sells Argentinian, Uruguayan, and Paraguayan operations to Apex Capital.
Clorox has announced the sale of its operations in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay to Apex Capital, a private equity fund associated with Grupo Mariposa. The transaction includes two production plants and rights to certain Clorox brands in the countries, but does not affect Clorox's Latin America research and development and corporate hubs in Argentina. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
