A Tulsa man accused of rape was arrested at a Florida airport while attempting to flee the country. Samuel Shields, charged with raping a pregnant woman, was located at Pensacola International Airport with a boarding pass to San Juan, Puerto Rico. Shields had reportedly quit his job and informed his employer he would be in another country by morning. Tulsa's Fugitive Warrants Squad tracked him down following a warrant for a DNA sample.
