75-year-old Helen Koons was killed after being hit and dragged by a car in the parking lot of Paramus Public Library in New Jersey. The 94-year-old driver, Claire Plager, has been charged with failure to yield to a pedestrian and careless driving. This marks the second fatal pedestrian accident involving a 94-year-old driver in the area in less than a week.
