A former police constable, Gavin Harper, claims he was attacked by a police inspector, Andrew McLullich, and his estranged wife, PC Stephanie Glynn, when he discovered them having an affair in a Screwfix car park. Harper is on trial accused of stalking his wife and wounding Inspector McLullich during the confrontation in February 2021. He claims he only punched Mr. McLullich in self-defense.
