Magistrate Seini Puamau acknowledges High Court's guilty verdict for Fiji's former PM Voreqe Bainimarama and suspended Police Commissioner Sitiveni Qiliho. The duo were convicted for attempting to pervert the course of justice and abuse of office, interfering in an ongoing investigation at the University of the South Pacific. Sentencing and mitigation submissions are scheduled for Thursday after the High Court's ruling last week.
