The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) has accused farmers' protests near Delhi of being attempts to spread anarchy and a resurgence of 'separatist terrorism' in Punjab. The Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha, the highest decision-making body of the RSS, has advised the government to distance itself from violent agitators. The RSS's annual report, presented by General Secretary Dattatraya Hosabale, claims that efforts have started to spread anarchy in Punjab under the guise of farmers' protests.
