Buglife launches a Citizen Science survey to locate the endangered strandline beetle in North Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset.
Buglife, a UK wildlife conservation org, launches a Citizen Science survey to save the endangered strandline beetle (Eurynebria complanata), a GB Endangered species. Last seen in England in 2002, the beetle inhabits sandy beaches near sand dunes. Buglife's project aims to identify any signs of the creature in North Devon, Cornwall, or Somerset, and encourages sightings or photos reporting via www.buglife.org.uk/search-for-the-strandline-beetle.
