16-year-old Felixander Solis-Guzman faces multiple charges, including firearm possession by a person under 18, resisting an officer, and sale of marijuana, after allegedly pulling a gun on a crowd at a Florida beach. Volusia County sheriff's deputies responded to a fight on New Smyrna Beach and heard a crowd shouting "he has a gun." Solis-Guzman ran into the water with the gun before later throwing it and his bag into the ocean. Deputies found 20 plastic baggies of marijuana in his bag. Additionally, he was arrested on charges out of Orange County for robbery with a firearm and violation of his probation. Solis-Guzman was taken to the Department of Juvenile Justice.
