16-year-old Felixander Solis-Guzman faces multiple charges, including possession of a firearm by a person under 18, resisting an officer, and sale of marijuana, after allegedly pulling a gun on a crowd at Florida's New Smyrna Beach. Witnesses reported hearing a crowd yelling "he has a gun" as Solis-Guzman ran into the ocean, throwing the gun and a bag containing marijuana into the water. The teen was subsequently arrested.
