Speeding motorist Keith Martinez stopped by police, found with drugs, weapons; Carlos Arturo Martinez charged with unauthorized use, evading arrest with additional ammo, drugs, and a pistol.
A motorist who claimed there were no illegal drugs or weapons in his vehicle was not telling the truth, according to police. Keith Martinez, 46, was stopped for speeding and officers found marijuana, methamphetamine, cocaine, a prescription drug, three guns, and a knife in his vehicle. In another incident, Carlos Arturo Martinez, 27, was arrested after a pursuit with the Bexar County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) on the West Side. Deputies found over 300 rounds of ammunition, drugs, and a pistol in the stolen vehicle he was driving.
