South Indian Bank & Federal Bank halt new co-branded credit card onboarding due to RBI's amended rules requiring explicit indication of card issuance under such arrangements & clear display of issuer's name in marketing materials. Banks continue to serve existing customers & issue non-co-branded cards. Federal Bank's co-branded cards were with OneCard, Scapia Tech, and FI Brand.
