69-year-old Michael Ryan Phelps, an at-risk adult, has gone missing in Colorado Springs and the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is seeking public assistance in locating him. Last seen in the area of Garden of the Gods and I-25, Phelps was wearing a brown long-sleeve shirt, khaki pants, and a green hat. Anyone with information is urged to contact CSPD at 719-444-7000.
