13-year-old Keshawn Whitt, last seen at Ice Cream Snack Shack, missing in Colorado Springs; CSPD seeks community help.
13-year-old Keshawn Whitt Tarik Washington, a black male, has been reported missing by the Colorado Springs Police Department. Last seen at the Ice Cream Snack Shack, he is 5'4" tall, weighs 145 pounds, has short brown hair and brown eyes, and was wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, and black, blue, and white Jordan sneakers.
