Suspect in Wyoming gas station shooting charged.

20-year-old Niko Rey Mena was held without bond on an attempted-murder charge after allegedly shooting a gas station worker in Wyoming. Mena faces charges of assault with intent to murder, carrying a concealed weapon, and felony firearm. The 36-year-old victim remains in critical condition. Mena followed the victim out of the store, pointed the firearm, and shot the employee, as captured on surveillance video.
