19-year-old Brandon Valle was arrested for allegedly assaulting and shooting at his uncle during an argument over work time. The incident occurred when they picked up the victim from work and the argument continued at their shared home. Valle and his father assaulted the victim, who attempted to escape in his car, but Valle fired shots into the air and allegedly pointed a firearm at the victim as he drove away.
