Police renew appeal over 65-year-old man's murder in rural Perthshire after initial findings attributed his death to natural causes. Brian Low was found dead on a rural path in Pitilie on February 17, accompanied by his black Labrador. Detectives now believe he was shot, and have issued a renewed appeal for information as they believe neighbours may have the answers.
