75-year-old David Campbell charged with murder and attempting to defeat justice in the shooting death of 65-year-old Brian Low.
75-year-old David Campbell appeared in Dundee Sheriff Court charged with the murder of 65-year-old Brian Low, who was found shot on a track in Pitilie, near Aberfeldy, on February 17. Campbell, from Perth and Kinross, is also charged with attempting to defeat the ends of justice. He made no plea in court and was committed for further examination, with his next court appearance scheduled within eight days.
