The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) dismissed Ashneer Grover's challenge to its jurisdiction on clawing back his shares in fintech unicorn BharatPe. SIAC also rejected Grover's stay application, allowing the BharatPe case to continue before the arbitration tribunal.
