Delhi High Court dismisses BharatPe co-founder's appeal for restraining order against former MD Ashneer Grover in unpaid shares case, expediting trial.
The Delhi High Court has disposed of an appeal by BharatPe co-founder Shashvat Nakrani against a single-judge's order refusing to grant a restraining order against the fintech company's former Managing Director, Ashneer Grover, in connection with a case filed over claims of unpaid shares. The Division Bench of Justices Rajiv Shakdher and Amit Bansal has not interfered with the single-judge's order but expedited the trial of Nakrani's case, directing the single-judge to frame issues in the matter by February 28, with the next hearing set for this date.
