12-year-old Carlos Fernandez's murder suspect's mother arrested for hindering apprehension, suspect Terry Rivera remains at large.
The mother of suspect Terry Brian Rivera, wanted for the murder of 12-year-old Carlos Fernandez in Harris County, was arrested on charges of hindering apprehension or prosecution. Terry Rivera allegedly killed Carlos while he was sleeping at his family's apartment in the Cloverleaf area. The victim's mother and Rivera had previously been in a relationship. Rivera remains at large.
