Baku plans to introduce a new car parking system, according to Anar Rzayev, head of the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency. The innovative system aims to direct taxi parking towards the city centre, reducing transport trips and improving the interconnectivity of existing car parks. Over 14,000 taxi drivers have been trained by the Azerbaijan Surface Transport Agency, with the process set to continue.
