Baku's Supervisory Board approved a plan to build 10 new metro stations within 5-7 years.

Baku's Metro development plan has been approved by the Supervisory Board, with plans to construct 10 new stations within 5-7 years. The Azerbaijan Investment Holding Chief Executive Officer, Ruslan Alikhanov, revealed this during a conference on "Unchanged Values and Changing Opportunities" held in Baku. The current Baku Metro spans 38.8 kilometers and has 26 stations, seven of which are at extreme depth.
