74-year-old Ottawa woman, Linda K. Duncan, has been issued a statewide Silver Alert by the Kansas Bureau of Investigation. She was last seen near Webb and Kellogg Streets in Wichita, Kansas on March 7 at 4:08 p.m., driving a red/maroon 2007 Kia Rondo (Kansas license plate 040-GSY). Duncan has a medical condition requiring medication and her whereabouts are unknown. Anyone with information is asked to contact 911 immediately.
