37-year-old Jeffrey Bettis arrested for bank robbery in Delmar, Iowa; arrest follows video surveillance.

37-year-old Jeffrey Brian Bettis of Knoxville, Iowa, was arrested in connection to a bank robbery at the Delmar Branch of Clinton National Bank in Delmar. Deputies responded to the report, generated a suspect from video surveillance, and Iowa State Patrol stopped Bettis' vehicle in Eldridge. The Clinton County Sheriff's Office is seeking additional information and video surveillance from the area.
