Man driving against traffic on M62 near Leeds crashes into HGV, dies; M62 closed for investigation.
A man driving an Audi against the flow of traffic on the M62 has been killed after crashing into a HGV near Leeds. The accident happened on the eastbound carriageway close to Junction 29 at around 3:30 am. The driver of the Audi was confirmed dead at the scene, and the M62 remains shut for several hours for collision investigation work. Police are appealing for witnesses and any video footage relating to the crash.
