Multan Sultans have made history by becoming the first franchise cricket team to appoint female staff in management and coaching roles. Catherine Dalton and Alex Hartley have been appointed as fast and spin bowling coaches respectively, alongside Hijab Zahid as general manager. Dalton, a former Ireland cricketer, described the experience as "amazing", highlighting the support from fans.
