WHIO TV 7, WHIO Radio, 95.3 and 101.1 FM The Eagle, and K99.1FM are offering a $1 million prize for perfect brackets in their Basketball Mayhem and Battle of the Brackets contests. Participants need not know anything about college basketball; choices can be based on mascots, team colors, cities, or a coin flip. Winners can register their brackets on respective websites and watch games on WHIO-TV.
