Woman killed by Brightline train in Delray Beach: A pedestrian was fatally struck by a southbound Brightline train on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach on March 5 at 11:30 p.m. despite gates being down. Witnesses reported the woman was on the tracks before the collision. Delray Beach Police Department is investigating and encourages anyone with information to contact Detective Mike Liberta at 561-243-7874.
