A fatal train-car collision occurred in Palm Beach Gardens on Monday, at 2:15 pm, involving a Brightline train and a vehicle at the intersection of Burns Rd. and Alternate A1A. The sole occupant of the vehicle, a man, was pronounced dead at the scene. Both eastbound and westbound lanes of Burns Rd. are closed for the ongoing investigation, which is being conducted in collaboration with Brightline officials.
