NCLAT sets deadline for YEIDA, Suraksha group to resolve issues over Jaypee Infratech by April 2nd week. NCLAT's ultimatum follows delays in implementation of Suraksha group's approved resolution plan for Jaypee Infratech, which entered insolvency process in 2017. YEIDA and Jaiprakash Associates, the original promoter, have filed petitions challenging the plan's approval.
