Kansas man delivers baby on side of highway; father and baby both doing great. On February 27, deputies, Miami County EMS, and Fire District #1 of Johnson County responded to a medical call on 169 Highway and 255th Street. The father had just delivered his baby in the front seat of their vehicle. Deputies provided medical equipment and instructions until EMS and Fire personnel arrived, taking over care.
