Iraqi intelligence agents have rescued a Yazidi woman kidnapped by ISIS militants 10 years ago. The woman, Kufan Eido Khorto, was taken in 2014 when ISIS seized control of the town of Sinjar in Iraq. The Iraqi National Intelligence Service (INIS) carried out a mission in Syria to locate and return Khorto to Iraq, where she was reunited with her family. In 2014, ISIS abducted and enslaved hundreds of Yazidi women and children.
