Uganda captures bomb-making expert Anywari Al Iraq from Islamic State-allied rebel group in DR Congo; rescues nine people, recovers IED materials.

Uganda's military has captured a bomb-making expert from an Islamic State-allied rebel group, the Allied Democratic Forces, in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. Anywari Al Iraq, a Ugandan commander, was known for creating deadly improvised explosive devices for the group. During the operation, nine people including children were rescued, and improvised explosive device (IED) materials were recovered.
