Police warn Alvechurch residents of a "Nottingham Knocker" in the area. A man claiming to be an ex-soldier selling household items knocked on a door, became aggressive when asked to leave, and is described as well-built, unclean shaven, and wearing a dark navy sweater and raincoat or anorak. Another suspect with an East Midlands accent offered household items for sale at a nearby address. Police urge residents to be cautious and report any suspicious activity.
