A 41-year-old man, Arturo Ramirez Cisneros, who attempted to abduct a 12-year-old girl at gunpoint while she was walking home from school in Moreno Valley, has been sentenced to four years in state prison. Cisneros pleaded guilty to attempted abduction of a minor in October. The sentence was imposed by Riverside County Superior Court Judge Thomas Kelly after a hearing at the Riverside Hall of Justice.
