Larry McCarthy, who provided a getaway car for the attempted murder of notorious Limerick gangland figure Christy Keane, has reportedly turned his life around. McCarthy, aged 45, pleaded guilty to providing a vehicle to a criminal organization involved in the attempted murder. He has not offended in nearly ten years since relocating to Donegal and enjoys a close relationship with his wife and three children. The sentencing hearing will take place on March 11.
