A suspect in his 40s to 50s, of Asian descent with black hair and glasses, is being sought by the Washington County Sheriff's Office for placing a hidden recorder in a clothing store fitting room. The suspect is also accused of groping a person at a Fred Meyer store in Scappoose on December 13, 2023. A breakthrough came when a victim from the Fred Meyer incident identified the suspect in a photo. Authorities are urging the public to contact the Washington County Sheriff's Office with any information.
