Saginaw PD seeks public help in locating a suspect accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl on Aug 8th. The incident occurred between 9-11pm as the victim walked near South 15th and Hartsuff Street. The assailant, described as a 6'3", heavy-set black man with a deep voice and possible burn on his left cheek, is still at large.
