A 22-year-old from Telangana and three others from Karnataka are stranded in Russia along the Ukraine border, having sent an SOS with a plea to be immediately rescued from what appears to be a fake army job racket. The youths, who were duped by foreign recruiters in Russia, were promised jobs as security helpers but were forced into fighting the war. The families of these individuals have reached out to the Indian government and the Ministry of External Affairs to safely evacuate their trapped loved ones and take strict action against the agents responsible.
