High Court judge in Ireland excludes disruptive family members from hearing regarding teacher Enoch Burke's refusal to follow school directive on transgenderism.
A High Court judge in Ireland has excluded several disruptive family members, including parents, of teacher Enoch Burke from attending a hearing regarding his refusal to stay away from Wilson's Hospital School in Co Westmeath. Burke, who is in Mountjoy Prison for contempt of court, has been there for 275 days, claiming his incarceration is due to his refusal to accept a directive from the school to address a student by a different pronoun and to accept "transgenderism."
