Irish High Court re-imprisons dismissed teacher Enoch Burke for defying orders to stay away from Wilson's Hospital School.
Enoch Burke, a dismissed teacher, has been sent back to prison by the Irish High Court for defying orders to stay away from Wilson's Hospital School in Co Westmeath. Burke, who argues his actions stem from religious beliefs against transgenderism, has spent over 400 days in jail. Despite being released in June, he repeatedly returned to the school, leading the judge to imprison him again. The case will be reviewed on December 20th, with costs awarded to the school.
