Guinea's transitional president, General Mamady Doumbouya, dissolved the government led by Prime Minister Bernard Goumou on Monday via a presidential decree. The reason for the dissolution was not mentioned in the decree. Secretaries general, heads of cabinet, and deputy secretaries general will be responsible for managing current affairs until a new government is formed.
