Dnipro authorities evacuate hospital, and close schools after the Russian attack.

Dnipro authorities have been forced to evacuate a hospital and close schools following a Russian attack on the city's energy infrastructure. The attack on DTEK, Ukraine's main private energy company, has caused damage to a thermal power plant, impacting the heating supply to the city. Dnipro's water utility company has also reported power cuts, which have resulted in the closure of a pumping station and water supply suspension to certain districts. Mayor Borys Filatov warned that the city's energy system may fail when colder weather sets in soon.
