Since May, nearly 22,000 civilians have been evacuated from dangerous areas in Kharkiv Oblast due to ongoing Russian attacks. Evacuation efforts continue, focusing on areas like Vovchansk, Lyptsi, and Kupiansk. Evacuees receive humanitarian, psychological, and financial support in safer parts of Kharkiv city. Over 4,500 people have been accepted in reception centers in Kupiansk within a month.
