Woman stabbed non-fatally at Point Defiance Park in Tacoma, suspect unidentified and at large; Tacoma police investigating.
A woman was stabbed at Point Defiance Park in Tacoma on Saturday afternoon while walking on the marked trails of the 5-Mile Drive. The suspect, an unknown man, stabbed her before running from the scene. The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and is in stable condition. The Tacoma Police Department is investigating the incident but has not apprehended the suspect.
