B.C. minister who resigned over Mideast comments received death threat.

British Columbia's Premier, David Eby, announced that Selina Robinson, who had recently resigned as the post-secondary education minister over Mideast comments, received a death threat. Robinson had faced growing criticism after making comments about modern Israel during an online panel, which many considered racist and Islamophobic. Eby had previously mentioned that Robinson's constituency office was vandalized with hateful messages after her resignation.
