Nicholas Rossi, a 36-year-old man who faked his death and fled the US to Scotland, appeared in court in Utah on Tuesday, accused of raping a woman over 15 years ago. Rossi, whose legal name is Nicholas Alahverdian, denied that he was the suspect and called allegations that he wasn't giving his true name "complete hearsay." Rossi was extradited from Scotland earlier this month after a lengthy legal battle.
