Southern Bosnia's railway services resume after a four-month halt due to severe flooding.

Railway services in southern Bosnia and Herzegovina have resumed after a four-month halt due to severe flooding in October. Passenger trains between Sarajevo and Capljina, and freight transport to the Croatian port of Ploce, are now operating again. The flooding caused significant damage, leading to an estimated revenue loss of around $11.9 million. The railway operator is seeking EU financial assistance for repairs.
