After years of dispute, a pathologist reversed his ruling, no longer deeming Ellen Greenberg's death a suicide.

Ellen Greenberg, a 27-year-old Philadelphia schoolteacher, was found dead in 2007 with 20 knife wounds and 11 bruises, ruled a suicide. Her parents, who believed she was murdered, fought for years to change the ruling. After investigations and lawsuits, the pathologist, Dr. Marlon Osbourne, changed his mind, no longer believing it was a suicide. Both lawsuits against city officials were settled before a jury could be impaneled.
