India and Indonesia renew maritime safety pact, extending cooperation for three more years.

The Indian Coast Guard and the Indonesian Coast Guard have renewed their Memorandum of Understanding on Maritime Safety and Security Cooperation for another three years. This agreement, initially signed in 2018, was extended during Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto's recent visit to New Delhi. The renewal aims to enhance cooperation between the two nations' maritime security efforts and strengthen their bilateral ties.
